Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 on driving time, breaks and rest periods requires employers to provide drivers with appropriate instructions and to carry out regular checks to ensure that drivers comply with the rules. Driver card data must be downloaded and analysed every 28 days, while vehicle digital tachograph data must be downloaded and analysed quarterly and annually.
According to Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 (see summary), with some exceptions, recording equipment must be installed in vehicles with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes for the transport of goods, or with a mass exceeding nine persons and driver for the transport of passengers, and from 1 July 2026 in vehicles over 2.5 tonnes used for international road transport or cabotage operations.

Invoicing is based on the number of analyses performed in a given calendar month and can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
